PR Equipment

What it does

The PR Equipment tab shows parsed PR codes for a testbench. Data comes from PR Excel files (.xlsx) uploaded in the Files tab and is grouped per file with search and pagination.

Permissions

• View: testbench.read for the testbench’s department.
• Upload/parse: testbench.update in that department. Parsing works only for .xlsx PR files.

Upload and import workflow

1. Open the testbench Files tab and go to the PR file section.
2. Upload a PR Excel file (.xlsx, up to 10 MB per file). The file is stored in TestHub files.
3. Click the refresh icon next to the PR file to parse it. Successful imports are logged; invalid types or permission issues raise an error toast.
4. Re-import anytime by uploading a new version or re-running the refresh; the PR Equipment tab will reflect the latest parsed data.

Working with the PR Equipment tab

• Data is grouped by source file; each group shows count and a search box to filter by code/name/restriction/family/type/processor.
• Pagination shows 25 items per page per file group; use Next/Previous to browse.
• If no PR file has been parsed yet, you’ll see an empty-state message—upload and parse a PR Excel file to populate it.

Filtering by PR code

• In the Cars & Testbenches list, open Filters and use the PR code option to narrow results. Available codes come from parsed PR equipment across departments you can access.

Troubleshooting

• Ensure the PR file is .xlsx, under 10 MB, and you have testbench.update.
• If parsing fails, check toast details, verify the sheet content/columns, and try re-uploading. Refresh the PR tab or the Filters to pull the latest codes.
