Statistics
The Statistics area turns your fleet’s reservations and trips into analytics you can act on. Pick a time range, narrow the scope with filters, and explore utilization from the whole fleet down to a single reservation.
Getting Started
Section titled “Getting Started”- Open Statistics: Select Statistics from the main navigation. If you don’t see it, the area may not be enabled for your department (see Access).
- Set the time range: Choose the period you want to analyze. Every number on the page reflects this range.
- Apply filters: Narrow the data by department, vehicle, user, or test type. Filters combine, so you can focus on exactly the slice you care about.
Everything on the page updates as you change the range and filters.
The dashboard presents your data in several complementary views:
- KPI cards: Headline numbers for the current scope, such as total reservations, trips, and overall utilization.
- Breakdown tables: Separate tables that break the numbers down by department, vehicle, user, and test type, so you can compare performance across each dimension.
- Occupancy heatmaps: A visual grid that highlights when the fleet is busiest, making peak and idle periods easy to spot at a glance.
Drilling Into the Numbers
Section titled “Drilling Into the Numbers”Every figure is backed by real records, and you can trace it. Expand any row in a breakdown table to drill down into the individual reservations, trips, and remote sessions that make up the total.
This lets you move from a high-level metric straight to the specific activity behind it — useful for verifying a figure or investigating an unusual result.
Per-Vehicle Profile
Section titled “Per-Vehicle Profile”Open a single vehicle to see its own profile page. It gathers the metrics for that one car in a focused view and includes a map of its recorded trips, so you can see where and how much a specific vehicle has been used over the selected period.
Reservation Export
Section titled “Reservation Export”The Reservation Export builder lets you take the reservations in your current scope out of TestHub for reporting or archiving.
- Apply the time range and filters you want to export — the export always follows the current scope and filters.
- Open the Export builder.
- Pick the columns you want to include.
- Generate the file and download it.
Because the export respects your active filters, you can produce a targeted report (for example, one department over one quarter) without editing the file afterward.
Access
Section titled “Access”Statistics is intended for fleet managers and elevated roles.
Both the Statistics area and the Reservation Export builder are gated by per-department feature flags. An administrator must enable them for a department before its users can access them. If the Statistics navigation entry or the Export builder is missing, ask your department’s TestHub administrator to enable the corresponding feature flag.
