Components Tab

The Components tab shows technical information about the vehicle’s electronic systems and components.

Two component sources are available:

  • ODIS: Diagnostic data from vehicle electronic systems
  • TestHub Link: Real-time data from Testbench in a testhub with no need of ODIS logs - for further info contact us

Switch between sources using the dropdown at the top of the tab. Note that TestHub Link requires special hardware and may be disabled if not configured.

TestHub Link provides real-time component data through a hardware connection.

When using TestHub Link, you can:

  • See the last synchronization time
  • Check connection status with the TestRack service
  • Access real-time component data
  • Manually trigger synchronization

To sync TestHub Link data:

  1. Make sure the TestHub Link hardware is properly connected
  2. Click the “Sync” button
  3. Wait for the synchronization to complete
  4. View the updated component information

For TestHub Link to work:

  • A TestHub Link device must be connected to the testbench
  • The device must be properly configured by an administrator
  • The testbench must have a TestRack Link ID assigned

If you see a message that TestHub Link is not available, contact your department administrator for assistance.

ODIS (Offboard Diagnostic Information System) provides diagnostic data from the vehicle’s control units.

When viewing ODIS components, you’ll see:

  • Component cards organized by control unit
  • Information about software and hardware versions
  • Part numbers and identification details
  • Diagnostic information

To find specific components:

  • Use the checkboxes to filter by component codes

Each component card shows:

  • Component code (e.g., ‘0019’, ‘0008’)
  • Component name
  • Software version (SW)
  • Hardware version (HW)
  • Part numbers
  • FazitID (component identifier)
  • Source information
