Upcoming reservations

Here you will find an overview of the reservations you have made for today and the following days.

Reservations can be edited directly in the Dashboard when you hover over the reservation, or deleted by clicking on the Bin icon.

You can also use the Book now button to create new bookings.

When booking a testbench, a Connect button will appear at the time of the booking to remotely connect to the testbench. Learn more about remote sessions and how to use them.

Requests

Overview of requests for approval. Here you will find requests, such as creating a substitute reservation for your time slot. You can accept or reject these requests. You will also be notified of all requests via email.

Favorites

Here you will see a list of cars and testbenches for which you have checked “Favorites” in the details using the heart icon. Click on any testbench to access its detailed page with all its features and information.

Statistics

To view statistics, click on the Statistics button on the top right of the Dashboard screen.

There are 3 statistics tabs to choose from:

System

Displays 4 metrics on a graph.

1. Active Testbenches - Number of active testbenches.
2. Active Cars - Number of active cars
3. Reservations (24h) - Total number of reservations in the last 24 hours
4. Active Users - Number of active users in the last 10 minutes

Not Used

Displays on a pie chart the number of unused cars and testbenches across the department.

Use the horizontal scroll bar at the top to set a specific number of days to display.

Below the chart is a list of all cars and testbenches that have not been used in the time period you selected.

Trends

Displays the number of bookings in the time period.
